Important information
Choose your room.
Four tiers that grow with you. Whether you're brand new to travel or a seasoned advisor switching hosts, there's a room that fits.
Every room includes
What you get no matter which tier.
IATA & E&O coverage
You operate under our IATA accreditation and our errors & omissions insurance. The legal weight is ours; you focus on clients.
Top supplier access
Direct relationships with the suppliers we work with — preferred status, real BDMs, and the deal feed updated weekly.
The portal
Training library, supplier deals, commission tracking, marketplace, group trips, marketing assets — all in one place.
Real human support
Onboarding is high-touch. Questions get answered. Issues get resolved. You're a resident, not a ticket number.
TravelJoy access
The booking platform we use for client management, itineraries, invoicing — included in every tier.
Community
Group trips, FAM trips, weekly meetups, and a portal where the conversation is happening every day.
Frequently asked
The questions we hear most.
Do I need experience to apply?
No. We host both new advisors and experienced ones switching from other host agencies. Studio is built for people just starting out, with onboarding and training designed to meet you where you are.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. You can move up as your business grows. Most advisors start at Studio or Guest and graduate as their volume justifies the next room.
Am I an employee?
No. You're an independent contractor. You run your own business under our IATA, our supplier agreements, and our errors & omissions coverage. You set your hours, your clients, and your niche.
Do you take clients away from advisors?
Never. Yes, the agency also sells travel directly to consumers, but those leads are handled separately by the agency-side team. Resident advisors keep their own clients, their own commissions, and their own brand.
Can I switch from another host agency?
Yes — and we have a streamlined transition process for advisors moving from another host. We'll walk through it on your discovery call.
What does the application process look like?
You apply online, Kristi reads every application personally, and if it's a fit you'll be invited to a discovery call. From there, onboarding takes about two weeks before you're live and ready to book.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Yes — there's a host agreement that protects both sides. We'll walk through every page on your discovery call so you know exactly what you're signing.
When can I start booking after I'm accepted?
Most residents are booking within 2–3 weeks of acceptance. Onboarding includes setting up TravelJoy, supplier accounts, your branded materials, and a kickoff call.
